B3 and B6 are anabolic. Skeletal muscle relies on muscle stem cells (MuSCs) for growth and repair.

Skeletal muscle relies on muscle stem cells (MuSCs) for growth and repair. Aging and metabolic diseases impair MuSC function, leading to stem cell exhaustion, skeletal muscle mass and strength loss.
B3 and B6 via CK1-mediated cytoplasmic β-catenin activation and AKT signaling promote amplification and differentiation of muscle stem cells.
Here we see that B3(NAN) and B6(PN) increase PAX7 cells, it's a molecular marker and master regulator for skeletal muscle satellite cells(the resident stem cell population of adult skeletal muscle)

Graph P: Shows an increase in active beta-catenin, which upregulates the Wnt signaling pathway that drive satellite cell proliferation and muscle regeneration.
Graph Q: increased beta-catenin acetylation at Lys49, stabilizing the protein and enhancing its activity to support anabolic growth.
Graph R: elevated pAKT/AKT ratio, indicating strong activation of the master anabolic pathway that drives protein synthesis and muscle hypertrophy.
