16 posts on thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3) and B6. Every post breaks down a real PubMed study and links to the paper.

Sep 28, 2026 · 1 min read Finasteride one shotted him. not only does it nukes your DHT, muscle strength and metabolism, it also doesn’t work in many cases. AVOID! Instead of chemical castration you can choose:
Sep 22, 2026 · 2 min read This is why your breath stinks (I'll show you how to fix it) Bad breath is not food smell, bacteria from your gut sits inside your mouth and produce some stinky ass compounds. - Volatile sulfur compounds that smell like rotten eggs - Cadaverine which smells like rotten meat - Putrescine which resembles rotten fish - Skatole: formed by tryptophan and smell like shit Follow these 5 steps and the smell will go away 🧵
Sep 17, 2026 · 1 min read Someone FIXED their acne in 4 months with GHK-Cu. This small copper peptide strengthens the skin barrier while repairing broken structures and lowering skin inflammation. Weak skin barrier is where most acne starts (1/5)🧵
Sep 14, 2026 · 1 min read If you have gut issues NEVER choose: • Omega 3 • Ashwagandha • Low carb diet Instead, choose:
Aug 29, 2026 · 1 min read Thiamine lowers plasma glucose levels in diabetics. The PDH complex can't function without B1, supplementing it can drastically improve glucose metabolism.
Aug 12, 2026 · 1 min read A primary neurotoxic agent in Alzheimer's disease, Impaired brain energy metabolism and oxidative stress is… Known to rise in oxidative stress and to decrease as oxidative metabolism and NAD/NADH increase. This study shows that B3 and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) which is more expensive and not much better than good old Niacinamide is effective in increasing oxidative state and restore NAD levels. Increasing ATP levels and lowering ROS levels.
Aug 12, 2026 · 1 min read B2 reverts cognitive decline and neuroinflammation caused by endotoxin(LPS). FAD (Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide) and FMN (Flavin Mononucleotide) are specialized electron carriers known as flavoproteins, both are produced from B2. 1/6 🧵
Aug 11, 2026 · 1 min read If you do long runs, consider taking B2. In this placebo controlled trial, 32 ultra maraton runners were given 100 mg of riboflavin or placebo. -B2 lowered oxidative state, muscle pain and soreness ratings during and immediately after the race.
Aug 11, 2026 · 1 min read Once a brain cell dies, generating a new one in its place is extremely difficult, Neurological disorders like… This research demonstrates that vitamin B1 prevents the death of brain cells, thus might an effective tool against neurodegeneration.
Aug 11, 2026 · 1 min read B1 should be the standard treatment for diabetes. Together with potassium, B2 , B3 and aspirin.
Aug 8, 2026 · 1 min read 130 people with migraines attacks were recruited for 3 months to test if 400mg B2, 600mg magnesium and 150mg… the study shows that
Aug 3, 2026 · 1 min read B3 and B6 are anabolic. Skeletal muscle relies on muscle stem cells (MuSCs) for growth and repair. Aging and metabolic diseases impair MuSC function, leading to stem cell exhaustion, skeletal muscle mass and strength loss.
Jul 1, 2026 · 1 min read Low B1 levels cause oxidative stress and drive neurodegeneration.
Jul 1, 2026 · 1 min read Replace SSRI's with B1
Jun 24, 2026 · 1 min read B1 raises testosterone and creates stronger wood.
Mar 8, 2026 · 1 min read B1 strengthen the epithelial barrier function, improves gut microbime, lowers endotoxin and alleviate obesity… B1 supports oxidative metabolism of EVERY cell, our Epithelial Layer is formed by 150 Billion cells, so it comes with no surprise that b1 improves the function of this layer. What's even more amazing is that those researchers found it can improve the composition of the gut microbiota, and lower endotoxin LPS production. In this study it was shown to reduce Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes count. Proteobacteria: Escherichia (E. coli), Salmonella, and Helicobacter, Highly toxic, inflammatory, and can trigger systemic inflammatory conditions, overgrowth of Proteobacteria is strongly associated with increased intestinal permeability and gut dysbiosis. Bacteroidetes: mainly Gram-Negative They have genetic arsenal calles Polysaccharide Utilization Loci (PULs). These allow them to consume highly complex plant fibers and even our glycans (mucus lining), In a balanced state, they are essential for stability, but if the gut barrier is weak, their LPS enter the bloodstream and trigger inflammation, overgrowth of Bacteroidetes is strongly associated with increased intestinal permeability and gut dysbiosis.
