Your vagus nerve is the one delivering messages from your gut to your brain.
He's responsible for parasympathetic nervous system activation. He's the one telling your brain that everything is ok, That the gut is digesting and your environment is beneficial. Sympathetic signals usually run thru the spinal chord. In a metabolic view it's quite parallel to oxidative metabolism with high thyroid and Androgens/Progesterone compared to stress metabolism driven by cortisol and serotonin.
This is why your breath stinks
(I'll show you how to fix it) Bad breath is not food smell, bacteria from your gut sits inside your mouth and produce some stinky ass compounds. - Volatile sulfur compounds that smell like rotten eggs - Cadaverine which smells like rotten meat - Putrescine which resembles rotten fish - Skatole: formed by tryptophan and smell like shit Follow these 5 steps and the smell will go away 🧵

He CURED his depression with sun exposure.
Most depressed people sit in their office most days, they barely look outside and focus on blue screens. Sunlight activates our metabolism, wakes up thousands of genes responsible for mood, cognitive function, strength. The part of the eye that is responsible for converting photons to electric signals (aka retina) ,Has 3-5 times more mitochondria than an average cell. The sun has an insane range of infrared red light which activates energy production in our retina. DOPAMINE production and supply to the brain relies heavily on retinal energy production and sun exposure.
He SOLVED his adderall addiction with BPC-157.
Too many people abuse amphetamine without addressing the root cause of their ADHD. Adderall doesn't give you dopamine. It BORROWS it. That's why the same dose that used to give you laser focus now barely gets you out of bed. Here's the part almost nobody talks about: your dopamine system isn't broken permanently. It's suppressed, and with the right strategy it can be reversed, full article below.

B1 strengthen the epithelial barrier function, improves gut microbime, lowers endotoxin and alleviate obesity…
B1 supports oxidative metabolism of EVERY cell, our Epithelial Layer is formed by 150 Billion cells, so it comes with no surprise that b1 improves the function of this layer. What's even more amazing is that those researchers found it can improve the composition of the gut microbiota, and lower endotoxin LPS production. In this study it was shown to reduce Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes count. Proteobacteria: Escherichia (E. coli), Salmonella, and Helicobacter, Highly toxic, inflammatory, and can trigger systemic inflammatory conditions, overgrowth of Proteobacteria is strongly associated with increased intestinal permeability and gut dysbiosis. Bacteroidetes: mainly Gram-Negative They have genetic arsenal calles Polysaccharide Utilization Loci (PULs). These allow them to consume highly complex plant fibers and even our glycans (mucus lining), In a balanced state, they are essential for stability, but if the gut barrier is weak, their LPS enter the bloodstream and trigger inflammation, overgrowth of Bacteroidetes is strongly associated with increased intestinal permeability and gut dysbiosis. A systematic review on the role of aromatase inhibitors for men with prolactinoma and hypogonadism shows that…
A combination of Androgen(DHT/T) + Aromatase inhibitor(Examastane) + Dopamine agonist(Bromocriptine) can be VERY powerful in lowering prolactin and estrogen. "In 2002, Gillam and colleagues reported on a case of a 34-year-old male patient with a macroprolactinoma and low testosterone levels; the patient responded to cabergoline treatment with significant reduction in prolactin levels, from 10,362 μf/L to 61 μg/L. However, as symptoms of hypogonadism persisted, testosterone was added, followed by an increase in prolactin levels, which came back down following the discontinuation of testosterone. A combination of cabergoline with anastrozole (1 mg daily) and a testosterone treatment resulted in improved clinical symptoms without increasing prolactin levels. Interestingly, at attempt to discontinue the anastrozole to determine the effect of anastrozole on prolactin levels resulted in an immediate spike in the prolactin levels, with a subsequent decline after re-introducing the aromatase inhibitor. The authors concluded that the addition of an aromatase inhibitor allowed for the continued use of testosterone as it prevented the testosterone-induced prolactin increase and potential tumor enlargement. Furthermore, the combination of an aromatase inhibitor with a dopamine agonist resulted in prolactin levels that were lower than those recorded at any other time point," "Lima and colleagues reported on a 29-year-old man with hyperprolactinemia exacerbated by testosterone replacement therapy. The patient was diagnosed with a giant prolactinoma and achieved normal serum prolactin levels with cabergoline. However, as symptoms of hypogonadism persisted, testosterone replacement therapy was initiated, followed by a more than six-fold increase in prolactin levels. Adding letrozole (2.5 mg daily) treatment was associated with a significant reduction in prolactin levels " A much better option than testosterone would be DHT, which can't be aromatised to estrogen, also exemestane was shown to be much safer in blocking aromatase, this shows that combination of Androgen + Aromatase inhibitor + Dopamine agonist can be VERY powerful in lowering prolactin and estrogen. Abdominal ultrasound showed: "These findings are highly suggestive of hepatic steatosis, or fatty liver disease." She agreed to discontinue the ketogenic diet, "Repeat laboratory testing 10 days after visit to the primary physician revealed improved liver enzymes (AST = 55 U/L, ALT = 80 U/L)" The liver enzymes AST and ALT as part of the gluconeogensis process are known to be elevated in cancer, diabetes,NAFLD, and keto diets, they rise when glucose is not supplied so the body breaks down muscle and organ tissue, and the liver makes glucose from them, I go into details in the article below.
Yet another 2 studies showing low carb diets raise cortisol levels.
They also measured cortisol breakdown products and saw higher rate in the group that ate more carbs, Additionally, this group had higher levels of cortisone the inactive version and lower levels of cortisol compared to the low carb. The authors concluded "A low-carbohydrate diet alters cortisol metabolism independently of weight loss. In obese men, this enhances cortisol regeneration by 11B-HSD1 and reduces cortisol inactivation by A-ring reductases in liver without affecting sc adipose 11B-HSD1. Alterations in cortisol metabolism may be a consequence of macronutrient dietary content and may mediate effects of diet on metabolic health"

Cortisol causes a significant muscle mass loss.
Found to also be catabolic to the Thymus ,Heart, Liver and spleen, basically toxic to every part of our body. Vitamin D3 on the other hand is protective against cortisol, Completely blocked the atrophy of skeletal muscle mass, Thymus ,Heart ,Liver and spleen. dexamethasone (DEX) is a nasty synthetic glucocorticoid, God knows why but it's a standard protocol to be given to patients with inflammation, edema, certain cancers, autoimmune conditions, allergic reactions, asthma and COVD. Although that it was shown in multiple studies to suppress immunity, cause bone loss, atrophy of basically every tissue that contain amino acids. It comes with no surprise because Cortisol main rule is to maintain Blood Glucose levels during stress and it does so by tearing apart every tissue that contains amino-acid e.g., your brain, muscle, thymus etc. The hero of this study was Vitamin D3, We get it Easily from Cholesterol when we expose our skin to the sun, It completely blocked the nasty effects of DEX. "Vitamin D is considered to be a potent anti-catabolic compound [1,2]. Numerous studies suggest a positive role of vitamin D in sarcopenia prevention" Bad news for the Ice bath lovers, this study also showed that ice bath increase cortisol levels, extreme cold is a stressor so it will trigger cortisol.
