Lowering fat intake reduced estradiol levels in 73 postmenopausal women.
Fat intake was reduced from 70g to 30g daily.
Estradiol went down while estrone sulfate stayed the same, estrone sulfate is a safer storage version which the body can convert back to estradiol if needed.

Postmenopausal women tend to have estrogen dominance which contributed to variety of pathological conditions, this study presents data to back the fact that low fat diet with enough carbs can be a great option.
