- Fasting blood sugar
- Insulin
- IL-6
-TNF - a
the results:

-15% drop in FBS in the vitamin D group, which puts them in a pre-diabetic state instead of diabetics.
-Small drop in insulin
-major drop in the inflammatory mediators IL-6 and TNF-a in the vitamin D group

Conclusion: Vitamin D3 is effective for treating diabetic patients.
